SKIING
I decided I would try skiing for my first time this year. I was lucky enough to have a friend from school volunteer to show me the ropes. We went to Alta ski area in SLC, Utah. I was able to ski but only in the kiddie area. I was not confident enough to go on the lifts. Maybe one day. So my overall evaluation of the skiing is that I am not sure I like it. I would like to get lessons to see if my opinion will change. I think it is good to try things at least twice. Right?

Good for you for trying something new! I'd rather go shopping, lol!
I have never tried skiing or snowboarding before. I just can't convince myself that winter sports are fun. I did take my kids sledding last weekend and that was fun.
